Your data stays yours
Interview transcripts, the work graph and the economic model belong to your organisation. We use them to produce your diagnostic — nothing is shared across clients.
Work-level analysis, not people-level
The model reasons about activities and workflows. Reports aggregate to the work; they don't score, rank or profile individuals.
Access control
Owners see their own organisation only. Employees access their interview through a personal, unguessable link. Salaries are visible to owners alone and only power the economics.
Straightforward architecture
A single application and database, encrypted in transit, with per-organisation isolation enforced in every query. Channel webhooks (Slack, Teams, email) are signature-verified.
Auditability by design
Every conclusion links to its evidence. That protects you in both directions: you can verify what the model claims, and challenge what your team actually said.
Deletion on request
Ask and we remove your organisation's data in full — transcripts, graph, report. The diagnostic is a loss-leader for 's implementation work; holding data hostage isn't the business model.
