For employees
You've been invited to talk to Iris. Here's the honest version.
Iris is an AI analyst mapping how work actually gets done in your company — so the repetitive, broken and weirdly manual parts can finally be fixed. You know that stuff better than anyone. That's why your voice matters here.
What this is
- A ~20 minute conversation about what you actually do day to day
- A chance to put the friction on record — the double-typing, the chasing, the workarounds
- Input into how future workflows get designed, from someone who lives them
- Pausable and resumable — on the web, by email, in Slack or Teams
What this is not
- Not a performance review — there are no wrong answers and no scores for people
- Not a test of how well you describe things — Iris asks follow-ups for a reason
- Not a survey — it's a conversation, and detail beats polish
- Not secret — your leadership sees the aggregated work model, and this page
What Iris asks about
The work, not the person: what outcomes you're responsible for, what a normal day looks like, which processes repeat, which systems you use, what information flows in and out, what needs approval, where things break, and what takes disproportionately long. If a colleague describes the same process differently, Iris may come back to clarify — that's the model getting more accurate, not anyone being second-guessed.
How your answers are used
Answers become a map of activities and workflows. Analysis happens at the level of work — “invoice matching consumes 400 hours a year across the team” — not at the level of individuals. The point of the exercise is to redesign workflows so AI absorbs the repetitive load and people keep the judgement, relationships and exceptions. The honest, detailed answers — especially about what's broken — are the ones that make your job better.
